Saw: The Ride opened at Thorpe park in
2009. In partnership with the series of 'Saw' films, this is being
promoted as the world's first horror-coaster, Thorpe claim this is the scariest
ride in the world! A Euro-Fighter from German manufacturer, Gerstaluer the
coaster features an indoor section, with drops & a barrel - roll
inversion before the vertical lift, and 2 more inversions throughout the
ride. The main drop
is 1 of Gerstlauer's 'steeper than vertical' drops, at 100 degrees. Click
